Our cozy, quiet 1-room apartment is located in the district of Bockelsberg close to the center. It offers the ideal combination of relaxation in the city and the nature. Downtown can be reached in just under 10 minutes by bike. University, bus connection, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are only 5 minutes away (on foot). The newly expanded apartment is entered through a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2 guests, has a living/sleeping room, a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. A storage facility for bicycles/e-bikes is available.

The apartment is on the upper floor of a residential building. It is suitable for 4 people or 2 adults and 3 children. The nearest bakery is about 1.3 km away, the nearest supermarket about 2 km. The AZL Luhmühlen can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the event area Westergellerser Heide in 15 minutes (2 km).

We rent out our apartment in Lauenburg an der Elbe. Lauenburg is the starting point for relaxing bike rides as well as close to the cities of Lüneburg, Hamburg and Lübeck. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels.
