We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

Relaxation for the whole family in the Black Forest. The apartment is located between the cities of Donaueschingen and VS. The cities can easily be reached by bike, train or bus. Shopping facilities are located in the village. The surrounding nature offers beautiful hiking and biking trails. The apartment is flooded with light in the morning sunshine and it stays nice and cool due to the sun's path and darkening. Ideal working conditions and the right temperature for a good night's sleep.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The house; as well as the apartment is completely newly renovated in 2024. The medieval building fabric combined with modern and high-quality design created a unique flair. Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.
