Petr is a marvelous host! Beautiful property and Donna is an amazing person who makes everyone feel at home. The location is great. Short walk to the beach or just hang by the pool. This is the place I go , in Florida, to chill and regroup. Seaview is the only place I'll stay!

The location to the beach was amazing. This was perfect for a chill beach vacation with clear water and perfect warm breezes. We may come back one day!

Beautiful and charming house that’s impeccably clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels, super comfortable beds, and nicely decorated. The pool was a lovely way to spend the afternoons and having access to the beach within walking distance was terrific. The house is on a very quiet street and we thoroughly enjoyed the serenity of it all. Our host was very responsive with any concerns or questions we had. If you’re in the ocean ridge/Delray area this home is perfect

We had a wonderful Easter break holiday at Avis and Tim's house with our 4 teen and young adult children. Neighbors are super friendly! Everyone loved the few steps from the beach that provided lots of flexibility. Beautiful walks along the beach and drive along the coast to Delray Beach that have great restaurants and lively nightlife. Proximity to Miami was nice too for a day tour but honestly we were happy to come back to Boynton Beach which is a little heaven!
