Silviu was very kind and responded to all our needs, the place was very nice and really equipped with anything, if I have to make a small note it is on the cleanliness and order of the outdoor area, but also in that case the host was kind and helpful. The property is also in a great area and everything you need is easily accessible on foot.

The house was incredibly clean, everything brand new, and every detail was carefully thought out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space and comfort for all of us. Located in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views, it offered the perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature. Sofia was extremely kind, warm, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always available for anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and useful recommendations provided. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful stay in a clean, cozy cottage in a quiet village with great restaurant. The garden and view were glorious, the host very helpful. Only the parking situation was a bit difficult. We will be happy to come back, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Mattia and Elisabetta’s little house, located in this charming, traditional village. The location is perfect for hikes with lake views, but also for a city getaway to Lugano. We loved going on excursions with our dog to see the many nearby waterfalls, and coming back at the end of the day as the villagers gathered in a friendly atmosphere (alongside the many cats!). The drive up will put your driving skills to the test, but don’t worry you quickly get used to it. The house is perfect—comfortable, safe, and very clean. Mattia checked in with us regularly to see how our stay was going and to share recommendations. A perfect stay in the kind of Italy you dream of and love!

Cristina was very welcoming, available and friendly. I recommend it without a problem! The accommodation is clean and spacious, with all the necessary equipment, in a very cute area of the city.

We had a wonderful time in Como and especially at Guglielmo's outstanding place. The apartment is spacious, very clean, has two large bathrooms and especially the large kitchen incl. Amenities are phenomenal. Since we only flew back in the evening, Guglielmo immediately allowed us to stay completely flexible until 6 p.m. on the last day, so we had almost an extra day without checkout stress, which is not self-evident. Thanks for that and for the great time. We'll be back.

Our stay (4 adults and one toddler) was great. The apartment is beautifully located, with a great view of the Lago. Even in bad weather, you don't feel restricted and have enough space in the apartment. Furnishings were great, even for the little one there was nothing missing :)

The stay was just perfect! The house was exactly as described, clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was great, close to all ski activities and the atmosphere really pleasant. The host was extremely helpful and attentive, providing us with all the useful information and making check-in and check-out quick and easy. We really enjoyed the tranquility, special attention received I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and carefree stay. I hope to be back soon!

As the description says the apartment is right on the lakefront right at the ferry docks it made it very easy to get onto the boat. There were plenty of nice restaurants bars and gelato stands nearby. Really nearby. It was a great stay.

We came to Lugano after 5 wonderful days on Lake Como. The ONLY thing that made this stay not quite as spectacular was the inclement weather. It was mostly cloudy, and rained off an on for all 5 of our days 🙁 However, the apartment has plenty of room for a couple, and the views from the balcony and living room are quite spectacular! The City Centre and the Old Town are a short walk downhill from the apartment. It’s a wonderful location. Great pedestrian walk all around the Lake. Plenty to do there in Lugano. Lake views are just as spectacular as Lake Como. We never used our rental car while we stayed at the apartment. There is plenty of mass transit and ferry service to get one around. Overall we enjoyed the spectacular views of the Lake and mountains. Nicely appointed apartment with everything one would need 👍🏽

This apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. It was in a great location - 5 minutes from the Lake Como Greenway, 15 mins to Lenno ferry port. It is also close to the bus stop and nearby supermarket. We loved it as a base to explore the middle lake. Riccardo and Valeria were such friendly hosts and their son Davide was always available to answer questions and make local recommendations. We had a great stay in Ossuccio.

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

Andrea is a welcoming and helpful host. He gave us many indications and advices on what to do around without us having to ask. The place was lovely and as per the description.

This flat was perfect for our stay and in a great location. Barbara always replied to our messages very quickly when we had queries and check in and out was very easy with clear instructions, would definitely stay again if ever in Como again!

Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!
