Die Hütte liegt auf ca. 1000 Meter, direkt an einem Wildbach und Mitten im Waldgebiet. Unmittelbare Nachbarn sind neben Eichhörnchen, Fuchs, Rehen sowie etlichen kleinen Waldbewohnern 3 weitere privat genützte Hütten. Die Hütte ist bergseits, die letzte in dieser Reihe und hat eine nicht-einsehbare Randlage und wird von ca. 1ooo m² Grund umgeben. PKW Fahrzeit: 15 Min - Innsbruck, 5 Min - Nahversorger, 5 Min - Skigebiet Tulfes, 5 Min - Skigebiet Rinn (Kinderland)

Nel bagno troverete una vasca per due persone, vogliamo darvi la sensazione di immergervi in un lago di montagna, più precisamamente nel Rio Bianco (Weissenbach). Per progettare lo chalet ci siamo immedesimati in voi ospiti, pensando a cosa avremmo voluto trovare noi in una tipica baita di montagna e da qui è partita l'idea.
