A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

In our park there are many ways to play and linger (children's playground, football, volleyball, table tennis, trampoline). On request, you can enjoy breakfast and dinner in the holiday guesthouse "Zummüllerhof" right next to it. In summer, we host weekly barbecues.
