Holiday rentals in Brown Deer

My husband and 2 dogs enjoyed our stay, it was very peaceful even though the weather was a bit crazy! The hot tub was so nice, relaxing and clean. The beds were super comfortable and we felt at peace there. I’m sure the lake in the Summer would be perfect.

We had a great stay at Sarah's house! There were 3 of us, and all 3 bedrooms were clean and comfortable. It was a great place and we loved that it was close to everything, including 2 blocks from beautiful Lake Michigan! The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and Sarah was very responsive to our messages. If I come back to the area, this will be the first place I check to see if it is available again!

Apartment was cozy and comfortable. Had some issues with the TV apps cutting in and out a bit but we were not really watching much TV so not a big deal for us. Favorite thing about it is that it was walking distance to many things which is what we wanted. Just a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. They were very responsive to any questions we had as well. Also allowed us to check in early and leave our vehicle parked in their lot after check out so they were very accommodating.

Wonderful stay so near to the lake! Great food nearby. Beautiful views just a few steps down the road. Nice furnishings, amenities, comfy beds. Great explanation of the unique entrance and how to access the space. Lucky that the restaurant below the apartment was closed, considering it may have been noisy, and wasn’t!

This place was great for my family! Close to downtown and restaurants. The place was well stocked with everything we needed to have a great weekend! Thank you again!!

Doug was a fantastic hosts with great communication and tremendous empathy. The stay is amazing, great for a romantic getaway but also would be a great place to host a fun and small game night with friends. I will definitely be back.

I have stayed at Iginio's place before but in the upper apartment. This time we stayed in the lower apartment and other than having more space, a regular size fridge and a regular size couch, it was just as clean and pristine as the upper unit. I would definitely stay here again and again. It's only about 12 minutes from downtown. Would definitely recommend.

This house is beautiful! I only wish we could have stayed longer. We had an issue with the TV downstairs and Dan and Josie were extremely responsive and quick with getting it fixed. Absolutely want to return!

It was my first time staying at someone’s home that they currently live in so I’m a little unclear with what I should have expected as far as use of the fridge and stuff but that’s on me. The place was extremely clean and very modern and up to date. It felt like I was staying in a brand new home. I think I would have been able to enjoy the place more if I would have spent a couple days there but with just using it to sleep it might have been more then I personally needed. My boys that are 10-13 loved there bedrooms and definitely felt at home and both slept great. In my household we leave doors open and there seem to be a personal reason for wanting like bathroom doors kept close so that was hard for us to maybe make sure we did. With the talk of finishing the basement for more guest there a good possibility we would use the place next year for our event that we attended.
