You can easily reach the city centre on foot in just about 15 minutes, and by car it's only about five minutes. At the same time, you can enjoy the location right on the edge of a field, which is perfect for relaxed walks, jogging or simply a little break in the countryside right on your doorstep. The house is located on a slope, so there are some stairs.

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.
