Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Welcome to our cosy flat in a prime location in Bruchsal! The accommodation combines central proximity with a quiet environment. You can easily reach the city centre on foot in just about 15 minutes, and by car it's only about five minutes. At the same time, you can enjoy the location right on the edge of a field, which is perfect for relaxed walks, jogging or simply a little break in the countryside right on your doorstep. The house is located on a slope, so there are some stairs.

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.
