Es verfügt über einen sonnigen, hellen Wohnraum mit Essbereich und einer voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie die große Wohnküche bieten Platz für 2 Personen. Falls man getrennt schlafen möchte, steht ein Zusatzbett im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

It's a perfect place for a winter or summer holiday. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1,000m with breathtaking views of the surrounding Hochkoenig valley. The skiing slopes are only a 50 meter walk from the chalet. Directly from the chalet you can quickly reach several great MTB routes or hiking tours.

Crispy cottage in nature, close to Salzburg

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
