90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The accommodation consists of a living room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds. There are stairs to climb to get to the living room/kitchen, as well as to the bedrooms. Beds are made before your arrival, and towels are available in the bathroom. Parties and other events are not permitted.

The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. It offers the charm of the old and offers the comfort of modernity for 4 to 6 people (including 2 to 4 children), in a quiet environment, with a 5000 m2 enclosed garden and a small pond.
