The apartment is located in Bruneck, within 3 minutes' walk to the historical center of the town. It is situated on the first floor, but the entrance is at street level. It has a huge living room, two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a big balcony. The train station "Brunico Nord" is at 5 minutes' walk. From there, after a 4-minute ride on the train to Percha, you can get directly to the Kronplatz area.

Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
