The accommodation has a private entrance, hall with toilet, living room/kitchen and on the upper floor a bedroom with a luxury bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. Through a private entrance you enter the kitchen / sitting room. Here you can cook, eat and spend the evening. Here are some original items that were used in the mine. You enter the bedroom through this living room. Behind a comfortable double bed you will see a photo wall of the former Staatsmijn Hendrik. Even the night lights are made from original miners helmets. Behind the bedroom is the bathroom and finally a small private garden .

Apartment with a natural ambiance

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Renovated studio apartment (granny flat) of 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.
