The semi-detached house has its own entrance. You can park comfortably behind the house in the courtyard. There is plenty of space for the children to play in the garden. There is a large swing. In front of the open kitchen, there is also a terrace with seating and sun loungers.

The Southside Festival is within walking distance in about 30 minutes. Lake Constance and the Danube Valley are also within easy reach. Neuhausen offers a Netto, a doctor and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity of the property. A baby crib is provided.

Cosy 70 m² attic flat in a beautifully located farmhouse in the heart of the Oberes Donautal Nature Park. Start your hike or mountain bike tour right from the house. The car can also stop for climbing; the crag is in the immediate vicinity. You can go canoeing on the Danube, and the Danube Cycle Path runs about 500 metres from the house. There is plenty of space to run around and play in the large orchard meadow.
