Fenced yard for small pet (no more that 30 lbs accepted with fee). Enjoy the sunset from enclosed porch. Roku TV & wi-fi available. Two bdrm, bath, laundry on main floor. Welcome to The Lookout at Buckeye Lake! We stumbled upon this cozy cottage in the summer of 2018 and spent the next 12 months renovating the dream Buckeye Lake getaway. Our first project was an off-grid cabin featured on DIY Network’s Building Off The Grid. We took inspiration from that design to transform The Lookout into the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the lake. Located just 3 miles off I70, and walking distance to neighborhood favorite Papa Boos.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
