Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.

The kitchen is full equipped. Near the bus stop, hospital, supermarket. In close proximity to the new children's hospital “St. Anastasia”. The complex has a swimming pool that are open in the summer and children playground, which you can use for free.
