Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.

My appartment is in a great location with close proximity to the city center and less than 15 minute walk to the beach. The appartment has been fully furnished recently and prospective tenants will be one of the first to stay and enjoy the great ambience. Although not in the pictures, the appartment comes with clean bed linen, duvet and pillows. A fresh pair of hand and bath towels as well as soap. I am looking foward to welcoming you in my flat.

The complex has a swimming pool that are open in the summer and children playground, which you can use for free.
