It is located in Lazur- 5-10 min walk from the famous Burgas Sea Garden and the beach and 15 min walk from Aleksandrovska- the main city center street. The flat is newly decorated and furnished. The bus stops are 3 min walk from the place. The bedroom is equiped with a super king bed and there is a an extendable sofa in the living room. The flat is on the 5th floor. There is no elevator to the building.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
