Great place for a great price! The location is perfect - close to the beach, main city and old town, with a saved parking spot right up the street. The host was very sweet and helpful, good communication and recommendations. The room was as advertised; was relatively spacious with a balcony, kitchen and dining area, and everything you need for a short to medium length stay. The hotel also has a nice restaurant with good quality for prices. Everything was clean, there was room service for change of sheets and towels even though our stay was very short, and the street was quiet too. Perfect for a weekend beach trip.

Alexander is an excellent host since he is available 24/7 and is always ready to help you in case of issues.

The place was great- very close to both the Central beach and Harmani beach. In the area there are supermarkets and lots of restaurants. The guest house is quiet and the staff friendly. We highly recommend it.

Very good location, near to bars and restaurants, marvelous view, very quiet. The hotel itself has a perfect restaurant with very good prices. Cleaning is available every day. Air conditioned. Would for sure recommend it!

The perfect stay starting from the apartment itself to the infrastructure next to it! The apartment is modern, clean, bright! Everything you need for relaxation, cooking! There is a swimming pool and a playground in the complex. Very convenient and quick to the beach (2 minutes to the first free beach and a little further starting another beach). The host is very welcoming!! Allowed to leave things earlier than check-in and in general turned out to check in earlier! Like checking out a little later☺️ The complex is quiet, no noisy neighbors. Easy to drive to Sunny Beach, Nessebar if you want to walk in a bigger city. But Sveti Vlas himself is perfect for a relaxing holiday! Nearby there is a shop, restaurant, bus stops, a large supermarket (15 minutes walk), coffee shops and shops. We really liked it, we are all happy and the price-quality is perfect! If we are still relaxing, we will definitely stay here! Thanks Piotr!!

We loved our vacation here. They have a beautifull garden and in the morning we saw a perfect sunrise from there. They can make small improvements in the room but overall we felt like home.

The sea waves crush right under the large french bedroom doors! The view off the balcony is beyond amazing. If you can wake up on time you can watch the sunrise from there. At night you can listen to the sound of the waves. Sozopol is a magical place. The old town is a beautiful, century old historical fortress. The boardwalk may be short, but very pretty and stretches about 1/2 mile right underneath the bedroom window. The hotel has a cozy feel - it’s a perfect family hotel. Stuff was very polite, helpful and friendly. Helped with heating solutions, we were cozy and toasty; gave us 4 different restaurant recommendations. We ended up going to Kirik for wonderful fresh fish. Room is huge. The bed has a memory foam mattress, queen (I believe) size. The bathroom is really large. The shower has a spa feel to it. You could open the window in the shower cabin and listen and smell the sea while enjoying the great water pressure. I would not hesitate to stay there again! Can’t wait!!!
