The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has one of the most beautiful views of the Herderplatz. It is bright and sunny. There is a balcony to the back side of the house, belonging to the apartment. Perfect for smokers and in summer.
