Our house is located in a single-family housing estate and is quietly located. You can park right in front of the house. A spiral external staircase with 21 steps leads into the apartment from which you have a beautiful view of the place and the elevator An der Finne. You enter directly into the bedroom with three slopes and a skylight above the bed. Here you will also find the TV, a seating area (pull-out sleeping armchair) and the shower. A matte sliding door leads to the kitchen-living room with fridge, dishwasher, cooking facilities (without oven) and wardrobe. Dishes, toaster, coffee maker, kettle are in the kitchen cabinet. A shelf with the current tourist advisors, children's books, a few games and some space for kitchen ingredients. Of course with Wi-Fi connection. In front of the three-part window (with screen and blind) is the dining table with three or four chairs. You can also relax on the comfortable pull-out couch. The couch can be pulled out by a maximum of two people to sleep. The toilet with sink and skylight is attached.

Neustadt an der Orla: Quiet location with top connections – A9 and B281 are close, Gera and Saalfeld are within easy reach by train. Vacation home: Idyllically located, 1.5 km from the center, perfect for relaxing and recharging. Three floors with a kitchen-living room, tiled stove, living room with TV, bedroom (extra bed for up to 4 people possible), modern bathroom and washing machine. Cycling and hiking trails nearby. Ideal for relaxation, nature vacations or creative retreats.

Lakeside house

This place is available from April to September. Small cozy, rustically furnished wooden house in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Haselbach. The cottage is right on our property and we are therefore available at any time. Pets are not allowed, as we have 1 dog ourselves, which runs freely on the property. In just a 15-minute walk you can cool off in the lake in summer temperatures. You can also walk through the forest and field.

Time out and relaxation in the south of Leipzig

*new from 2025* Markkleeberg has recently levied an accommodation tax of 5% of the total price. For this reason, we had to adjust the prices. Now back to the apartment description... The apartment is about 35 m² and offers everything for everyday needs: - a fully equipped small kitchenette, - bathroom with shower and toilet (fully renovated in 2024), - Free Wi-Fi, - Satellite TV (a total of 2 TVs - one in each room), - 2 bicycles and much more.

Enjoy a relaxing break in our lovingly furnished holiday home in a fantastic location directly on the Ilmtal bike path. The cozy cottage has a beautiful terrace with seating area and invites you to relax after an active day. Especially cyclists benefit from the direct location on the popular Ilmtal bike path. Direct access to the Ilm also makes the house an ideal place for nature lovers, walkers and anglers. Co-traveling dog's are welcome.

Droyßig station - Stay overnight in the monument

Our 35 sqm "old train station" on 11/2 levels invites you to linger. It can use up to 3 people the apartment. There is a double bed (or 2 single beds) and an extra bed sofa bed in the living area available. It also has a kitchenette and a bathroom. The train station is equipped with everything you need for a stay. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. And Wi-Fi is available to all our guests free of charge.

Charming guest house quietly in 2nd row in Weimar

Experience Weimar? This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A small guest house in the 2nd Row gives you every flexibility and freedom. It offers accommodation for 2 to 4 people and is really in the heart of the city with a 500 m walk to the National Theater. Parking is almost always free on the street. Smaller supermarkets and bakeries are next door.

Small separate apartment above the garage

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
