Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

The 120 m² holiday home is idyllically situated on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 separate floors, each with a bedroom and living area, as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 1st floor, you will find bedroom 1 with bathroom 1 and the sauna, which is exclusively available to you. On the 2nd floor you will find bedroom 2 and bathroom 2 (see photo tour). On the ground floor, a farmer's kitchen invites you to cook. The farm can be used freely, and a terrace invites you to relax.

Central - with fireplace and terrace

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Take a break in a lovingly restored apartment and enjoy the charm between new and old. Let your soul unwind in the spacious, separate garden. If you want, you can also taste from the farmhouse. It's interesting to watch the honey produce by the bees. You can also have everything explained by the beekeeper. The guest room is located in Lindenau, a colorful and lively district in the west of Leipzig. Lindenau borders directly on the somewhat better known Plagwitz. The two art centers Baumwollspinnerei and Tapetenwerk are located here. You can go out great, but also find your peace, for example, on the canal or in the palm garden. The Musical Comedy, the Theater der Jungen Welt or the Schaubühne Lindenfels are within walking distance.
