This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. One bedroom on the mezzanine with double bed and one bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. We’ve only just reopened the calendar. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 metres from the beach and the water sports centre (pedalo, canoe, etc.). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.
