Small, quiet, stylish and air-conditioned apartment (one bedroom) for 2 or 4 people, on the ground floor of the family home. You can enjoy the shared pool from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday (EXCEPT weekends and public holidays). 3 minutes from the main village, with all shops, as well as electric car terminals,and 15 minutes from the A6, Mâcon or Tournus. Activities: walks in the woods and vineyards, fishing, the caves of Azé and Blanot, medieval castles, the Cluny stud farm.

Beautiful view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Close to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golf courses of Pré Lamy and the Château de Chailly.

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). For your information, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) to offer more comfort to visitors. Bike rental (including electric) possible at our neighbor's (instructions on the last photo of the listing).

“La Maison Racle” is a historical monument in the charming town of Pont-de-Vaux (Ain, Auvergne-Rhône-Alps). This exceptional 18th century mansion is located in the heart of the town. You will be staying in the fully refurbished southern wing of the townhouse, with delightful views into the center courtyard and the across the market square. The interior is welcoming, warm and genuine. The primary influence of the interior design is its historical context.

The Annex

Located a 5-minute walk from the city center, Hospices de Beaune, Cinema Workshops, restaurants and all amenities, this former 15th century winemaker's house was completely tastefully renovated in 2017. Your accommodation is attached to our house and you will be woken up by the birds. You can enjoy the courtyard and a sheltered relaxation area as well as the garden but also discover a small town full of charm without having to use your vehicle.

Riverside Lodge

A three minute walk from the centre of Chablis, Riverside Lodge is the perfect base for a visit to this beautiful world-renowned wine town. The modern two bedroom, two bathroom accommodation is housed in an ancient barn attached to the owner’s house. Set among peaceful gardens and with a private terrace enjoying river frontage the property, whilst being within easy walking distance of all the local amenities, is a haven of tranquility.

Located a 10 minute walk from the city center and adjacent to the Parc de la Bouzaise, you will appreciate its charm and the surrounding calm of this small newly restored cottage. THE GRANGE OF THE MEPART OF ST RUF

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

Located 4 km from Lake Saint Agnan and close to the Abbey of Pierre-qui-Vire in the heart of Morvan Natural Park, in a hamlet of the municipality of Saint-Léger-Vauban. Absolute calm, ideal for discovering Morvan and its many tourist and historical sites. Lovers of forest walks on foot or by mountain bike as well as fishermen will find happiness there.
