Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Seine and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and resourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes, kayaks, SUPs and other equipment are available.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. I designed and built the tree house to offer you a dreamy break and natural poetry. Built with local and eco-friendly materials, it offers the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Outside, contemplate the view and nature that surround the place, inside, let yourself be surprised by a soft and romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is served directly at the cabin and it is possible to book a board of local products for dinner.

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
