By train you are in 11 minutes in the center of Stade and in 70 minutes at Hamburg Central Station. Cuxhaven is also only about 40 minutes away. A monitor can be used for working. You have the option to charge your electric car directly at the parking lot. Only the current electricity rate will be charged.

You will live in a detached wooden house with its own sauna, very elegant shower area and terrace. The room, designed for 2 people, is about 55 m2 and includes a bathroom, a furnished kitchenette, sauna and shower area. Perfect for relaxing. The surroundings are wildly romantic with lots of water, meadows and forests. Dog's are welcome. Our thatched roof house is very rural in the middle of paddocks, our own chickens (crows included) and with occasional visits from some neighboring cats. The house is still partially unrenovated, but this is gradually changing. With us you live with family connection, as we live right next door. The property offers plenty of space with meadow, forest and playground equipment. With us, everyone can relax, whether on an extended walk, with a good book or otherwise.
