In the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, 30 minutes from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the alley of old trees welcomes you in a bath of greenery. The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

A 105 m² single-storey cottage with no stairs, surrounded by nature and featuring a private pond. Fully independent, it can accommodate up to 8 people and includes a garden and a sunny terrace. The pool on our terrace is round (3.70 m, h 76 cm), made of plastic, Intex brand. A new pool will be built starting in May and finished in summer as planned. We welcome you in a warm and peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or simply enjoying some quiet time alone.

You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Small gite (classified 3 ***), isolated in the countryside, very cool with its 80 cm stone walls, equipped for 2, 4, or even 6 people in a small quiet village of Limousin. On one level and adjoining our house, with a fenced garden. From 1 October to 1 May, a fixed price of €15/night is requested for electric heating, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in time: from 5 p.m. and check-out time: before 10 a.m. However, we remain flexible on these schedules. Animals allowed.

Our cabin/chalet will welcome you with pleasure to recharge your batteries in a green setting, surrounded by countryside animals. Our spacious and comfortable accommodation will allow you to have a pleasant stay. In an old renovated barn you will have two bedrooms (including an attic with a children's cabin), a large living room with equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove for a cozy atmosphere that will be lit when you arrive. The beds will be ready as well.
