SECONDARY HOUSE Access to the secondary house is via a booking greater than 4 people or additional rooms Example: 5 guests wishing for their independence, request for 7 guests. They will have access to the entire cottage.

Welcome to the countryside in a fully renovated house, the exterior is being developed, close to troglodyte caves near Descartes, city of the philosopher. In this region you can discover the Futuroscope and Family Park 40 minutes away. The Parc des Mini Châteaux, the Aquarium de Touraine, and the Zoo de Bauval are 1 hour away. The casino and thermal baths of La Roche-Posay are 30 minutes away.

In a charming property (old renovated farmhouse) on 3ha, nature and quiet. Seasonal rental of 60m2 composed : - Ground floor: an equipped kitchen/dining area (electric hob, refrigerator, washing machine, mini oven, coffee maker...). - Floor: one bedroom (a double bed + a single bed + a lounge area, TV). Sdb (shower + bathtub), toilet. Wifi. Garden, terrace, garden furniture + barbecue.

Comfortable accommodation for the moment does not displease the traveler. The summer makes it nice and cool in the event of a heat wave. It may be suitable for students since I am very close to the station. During the Covid period, I follow the cleaning protocol for the well-being of everyone.
