The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

Die zur Hausgemeinschaft gehörende Dachterrasse liegt nur wenige Treppenstufen über der Wohnung und kann von unseren Gästen jederzeit gerne genutzt werden. Located a few meters from important points of the city, such as the Roman Theater, the Town Hall square, the Cathedral, the train and bus station and leisure and gastronomy areas. Everything you need, such as bars and supermarkets, is less than a five-minute walk away. The beach is just a ten-minute walk away. The apartment itself has all the essentials to make you feel at home and enjoy Cadiz, the oldest city in the West.

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
