Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Really strategic location to visit all the most beautiful beaches from Chia to Costa Rei and the Pietto really close. Friendly and very attentive host to make you feel at home.

Had a great break for my 50th , Roberto having seen my passport turned up with a bottle of champagne to help me celebrate.He was a great host , always available to answer questions and quick on his responses!

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. Stefano's place was perfect for our 3 night stay. The train station is a 5-minute walk (the train arrives in 10 minutes from the airport). The location is very central, but also very quiet in a small street Everything was perfect, the self check-in, the instructions, Stefano's kindness and his recommendations, the cleanliness, and especially the design of the apartment. We'll be happy to come back, thank you!

A very nice and cozy apartment. We were very warmly personally welcomed and said goodbye by Maria. The location was great. Short distances to the village and to the beaches. The apartment was perfectly equipped. Even umbrella and chairs for the beach were provided. We will be happy to rent this apartment again when we are back in Sardinia. Thank you Maria.

We had a fantastic stay in Cagliari, the apartment was top in order and Renata gave us all kinds of tips and tricks for nearby. A super nice host and definitely recommended!

Central area of Cagliari, easy to get around on foot, apartment really well cared for and full of every comfort. Area full of restaurants and clubs, still quiet. Unique is the parking lot of the station that is nearby, where you can leave the car, managed by an entity that really steals the money, for the period of stay I spent almost more parking than accommodation. Otherwise, we'll take it back with our eyes closed.

I stayed at Corrado's house with my family of 5 people, including 2 children and 1 child. Fabulous house in all respects, equipped with many comforts and with very pleasant outdoor space where you can eat in the calm of the place, in a great location to reach all the most beautiful beaches in South Sardinia and its beautiful coastline. We will definitely return to this area and from Corrado, a fantastic person who is always ready to help and very hospitable. Thank you!!!

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had 7 wonderful days at Patrizia's apartment. Our arrival was in the evening, which is why we were first surprised by the supposedly abandoned hotel complex in the middle of nature. But Patrizia's apartment is lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We felt so comfortable we didn't want to leave. The setting is an absolute dream for beach lovers and friends of nature. By car, the area is very easy to explore and you can reach many very beautiful and quiet beaches. Since we were there after the high season, the hotel complex was not much visited. We had the pool almost to ourselves and it was very quiet and relaxing. Every evening we were able to enjoy the breathtaking view directly of the sea and the sunset. An absolute highlight. The accommodation is recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy quiet days in nature and by the sea while staying in a beautiful cozy home. Recommendation!!!

Went for a quick weekend trip with some friends! Had the absolutely best time thanks to Marwan! Absolutely stunning place and great area! So much to when you’re just chilling around the apartment!! So clean and organized! Also Marwan was an amazing host who was so flexible and great setting us in!! Would come back every year!!!

The property was comfortable (the bed is very comfy) and well equipped, and the outdoor space is lovely. We had a great time in Villasimius, there are several restaurants and bars a short 10 minute walk away in the town centre. If you rent a car, there is a really good selection of amazing beaches which were some of the best I have been to in Europe. Giorgio (Anna Maria's son) was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay and is a natural host. Just be mindful that the pool opens on June 15th for the season (on the listing it says June - September so this wasn't clear), we stayed the first week of June and it wasn't open which was a little disappointing but nonetheless, we had a lovely time.
