The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

Just back from a wonderful stay at Salvatore's studio apartment. Although it is a studio it is spacious and with a fully kitted out kitchen. A huge part of the attraction is the fantastic location where you fall asleep to the sound of the waves outside. Within 2 mins you are on a great beach, which is nothing to say of your own little private beach area below the apartment. Salvatore was a great host and very responsive whenever we had any questions. Would definitely recommend the apartment for those that want to chill out and unwind.

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Francesca welcomed us in person and was a great host. She was great to communicate with, both before and during our stay. And the house. It is easily one of the most beautiful ones we've stayed in. The floors, the walls and the furniture are amazing and it felt like a real privilege to live here, if just for a few days. Some days we could park the car just outside the door, and when that spot was taken there was a bigger parking lot just a minutes walk away. Highly recommend!

Marco's stay was above expectations . He, a nice person, check-in was easy, he was always kind and helpful, he gave us many directions about beaches and restaurants to go to, he showed us the parking space (a real luck if you are staying in Villasimius, as there are only places for a fee) and showed us the house, explaining in detail both the comforts and, of course, also how to maintain it (which we found really useful since in Sardinia, not by us, we use to do the differentiation so that every day a certain collection bin is taken out). The house was even more beautiful than in the photo, very clean, nothing was missing, a beautiful terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor overlooking the sea. In addition, the accommodation is located exactly in the center of Villasimius, so for summer evenings, very very comfortable. In short, the experience deserves all 5 stars!! Thank you Marco.

Wow!! What a beautiful place! If you get the chance to stay at Ilaria's, we highly recommend it! From the very generous and varied snack and breakfast options, to the well-stocked kitchen (cooking utensils and oils, spices etc) to the thoughtfully decorated and designed rooms. This place was a great base to explore the region from. Our Lancia Ypsilon was able to fit into the secure garage without issue. The pocket wifi worked great. The kitchen heater was very efficient, the other heater in the main corridor less so. The bathroom had plenty of towels, rugs, hair dryer, etc that you could need. There was even a washing machine and plenty of beach friendly equipment. Check in was flexible and very easy. Would highly recommend!

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Whenever I explore unknown corners, I look for places where I can soak up the atmosphere and life of the locals. Renting at Simona's place is what I needed😁 Breakfast and dinner in the garden/patio accompanied by kind 🐈🐈‍⬛ and peace and 🐢 quiet. Without the hustle and bustle of😍 the city, there is no problem with parking. Don't wait to leave your car near the house, but you can park in a designated spot at any time. The mentality of the residents ❤️ who welcomed us as their own should be added to this envelope Spacious apartment with MAX everything you need😉 Locally, you can walk to 🍕 or🍤. I also recommend a trip to ☕️ 🥐 and everything at an affordable price It has a mini market. Within a short distance there is a supermarket equipped with everything😁 And the hosts… well about them🤷‍♀️ Good souls, with a kind heart😍 worrying about you somewhere about being hidden, because you can't see them. Help and advice. That's where you'll feel safe🤗

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

Communication with Sergio was always very quick and very friendly. The house is just like in the photos. New and lovingly decorated. We loved the fish design everywhere ! Bedroom / children's room and bathroom are relatively small. Kitchen brand new and well equipped. The outdoor shower is great, we never showered inside 😃 The garden is spacious and the various seating options on the terrace in front of and behind the house are great. Quiet residential area between sea and place. Everything was perfect for us! Thanks Sergio !

We had a great three week holiday in this beautiful house. Everything was as described, if there was a problem, you could reach Luca very quickly. The location is excellent, very quiet, but still close to the dream beach. If you want, you can reach everything on foot, beach, restaurants and a savings market. The large terrace with lounger and hammock is a dream. An advantage of Costa Rei is that you can park for free in many places.

What to say? This was our last stay of a long trip around the Island. We entered the villa and the first thing that came in our mind was "Wow!". The host is fantastic and very helpful. She is proactively asking if you are fine and making you feel comfortable immediately. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Completely modern and beautiful. The villa is beautiful with pool and hydromassage. The location is basically between 2-3 beaches that you can reach by walking. It's the first stay we had with no need of a car to move around. There is literally nothing I could complain about. And for sure I'm taking this contact for future stays!

We felt completely comfortable. The view is magnificent and the distance from the hustle and bustle on the coast is good. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped. We weren't there the last time.

Cristina is an amazing host! She gave us great recommandations and she was so nice and kind to us. The place is well situated, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the port. The place was big enough and had all the things for our stay. We recommend it!

The apartment is just lovely! Small but completely sufficient for a family with 2 children. Great private terrace behind the house and at the entrance a common outdoor area plus roof terrace with sea view. The pool is also cool but the best is the outdoor shower with warm water! A beautiful sandy beach is a 2-minute walk away. Paolo showed us the area with his car on the 1st day, he is a very nice, caring host, you feel very familiar. Thank you for a great stay, we will be happy to come back 🤩

Top location to enjoy the beach. The large, clean and beautiful beach of Costa Rei is 100m away at the end of a private path. The apartment is recently renovated and everything is new. Very confortable and well equipped. Good communication with the owners who are using the other part of the house as holidays home during the week-ends. I do recommend and I am looking for going back.

What a great location at the center of Cagliari in the Marina District. This location is like the epicenter of the city with convenient access to Via Roma, the port and walking along the sea, the train/bus terminal, excellent food sources (fruits and vegetables), local spa at the HRH hotel, and much more. I stayed for 4 weeks and was very happy there. There is lots of light in the unit and all of the appliances including a washing machine work great. Well-equipped kitchen (two burner stove, no oven) and full size refrigerator were great for having meals at home. A really good place to stay in Cagliari.

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

I booked this really nice place for a one week holiday with my boyfriend. Ilaria´s place is really clean and we felt like home immediately, she´s really nice and always helped us when we needed! I can suggest this place 100% :) It is in Quartu, a small town directly near Cagliari which is extremely close to the beach. You can actually walk to the beach in 10-15 Minutes! And on the way to the beach you can see the Flamingos who are now not afraid of people anymore and come really close. There are otherwise supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies and a few restaurants nearby. I suggest to go to Locanda Caddeo for a delicious aperitivo and to Frontemare for dinner. I suggest to book this place if you have a car, so you can move freely and explore the beatiful beaches on the way to Villasimius (like Baccu Mandara, Porto Sa Ruxi, Giunco, Punta Molentis) which are easier to reach starting from Quartu than from Cagliari. Cagliari is approx 15 Minutes away with the car or 30 Minutes with the bus.

Absolutely stunning location in a beautiful surrounding. The house is spacious and well furnished. The swimming pool is huge with a pretty garden. Riccardo and his wife are great hosts, could not ask for better people. Warm, friendly, communicative, helpful. Can't wait to go back again as one week is definitely not enough to explore the South of Sardinia. 5 stars all round.
