In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! Troverete bar, ristoranti, supermercati e le vie dello shopping appena varcata la porta di casa. A pochi passi dal porto, dalla stazione dei treni per raggiungere l'aeroporto e dei bus per arrivare in pochi minuti alle bellissime spiagge. I quattro quartieri storici, i musei e tutte le attrazioni di questa magica città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Apartment in the city centre, easy access to the beach, terrasse with view on the port entrance and private parking. Ideal for couples and families. The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm. The village of Marina delle Nereidi is surrounded by greenery and overlooks a small rocky beach with pristine waters. You can relax in its pine forest equipped with shaded benches and games for children or end your day at the beach at the soccer field where you can organize a game of soccer with friends. Bus stop 200 meters away.
