Monthly Rentals in Caladesi Island

The place was great for the price. Clean, quiet, and within walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed the two bar/ restaurants on the water that were only about half mile away. Great spot for walking.

Place was exactly as it was described. Very nice and private with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Place is close to the beach and short drive or 20 min walk to restaurants and bars. Koushi and her husband were amazing. They catered to my every need. They took care of my car and stuff while I was away. Amazing positive easy going people. Would come back any time !

Steve was very accommodating to our needs. Kept in touch with us during a hurricane and made sure we were safe. The condo could not be nicer. Well equipped and the area was great. Sunsets by the water with the neighbors and wine! The birds were always entertaining by the water! Within easy qalking distance to shop, dine and listen to live music!

My mom grew up in Crystal Beach (Faith Mission) and my dad was raised in Dunedin so this was a fun trip for us. We made many, many trips to this area when I was growing up to visit with family. My brother and I loved climbing the trees in the park and chasing ghost crabs on the shore. This area is still quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again. Lynn is a wonderful host and the property is beautiful ❤️
