Property secured by video surveillance. Private parking. Garden and terrace. The house is composed as follows: above the owners' accommodation, ground floor your 2-room apartment with independent entrance. The accommodation is adjoining the 2-bedroom (Asco).

Exceptional site, Corsican apartment, sea pool

Our children call our apartment "the Jewel". It is an exceptional place, with full sea views, not overlooked, in a quiet and clean residence, close to shops, doctor and pharmacy included. The pool has a great view of the Gulf of Liscia. The private garden is an extraordinary asset for meals, or to rest in the sun loungers facing the sea. It is 30 minutes from Ajaccio, so close to the airport. There are many sports activities on the beach.
