The cottage is located in Corte at the entrance of the Restonica Valley, 5 min walk from the center . It is a restored granite stone "pagliagjhiu" built on 1 ground floor (24 m2 on the floor) with a small terrace and 1 floor under attic giving access to another larger terrace (total 41 m2). The location is ideal: We are on the hamlet of the ancient gardens of Corte offering from the terrace (facing south) a magnificent view of the citadel.

It is a 500-year-old building, it is an old wine press called "U FRAGNU", this building is a typical construction and entirely built with the stones of the village, it is in the middle of an old vineyard with its small stream flowing at its feet. You can enjoy its private covered terrace, its very sunny garden overlooking our beautiful mountains and its stone swimming pool from which flows its waterfall that will soothe you.
