L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

In the old Ferretti farmhouse, there is now a cosy holiday home in the countryside. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two self-contained apartments, is spread over two floors and offers 4 bedrooms (5th optional, upon request), 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups looking to stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, surrounded by nature and the peace of the countryside, and with wild animals in the large, well-equipped garden.

Belfortilandia, the small rustic villa

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Entire accommodation, recently renovated (2022) with two private outdoor parking spaces, independent access, large private fenced garden and 25 sqm terrace.
