Casa Rosmarino awaits you in the foothills of Parma, in the Parco dei Boschi di Carrega, in a beautiful and peaceful panoramic location The house is part of a rustic and located within a small private village where you will find peace, tranquility and wonderful sunsets over the gullies. The excellent location offers the possibility to play on an 18-hole golf course just 3.2 km away, visit fortresses and castles: Parma, Sala Baganza, Torrechiara, Fontanellato, organise walks and excursions.

A large living room perfectly furnished. Two comfortable bedrooms. A large covered panoramic terrace where you can dine. A lovely house in a private village dating back to 1200, with a large garden, orchard, organic vegetable garden and a panoramic swimming pool open to guests. All around, an estate of 114 acres of meadows and woods . To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

From Pontremoli to the village of Ponticello

5 minutes from Pontremoli is the village of Ponticello known for its stone tower houses and barrel arches. Inside the village is my accommodation with a separate entrance. The apartment is independent with a lovely balcony where you can dine or sunbathe in complete relaxation. It is 5 km from the Pontremoli tollbooth, 40 minutes from Lerici, 1 hour from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, 55 minutes from Versilia and just over 1 hour from Pisa and Lucca. E-bike rental is available.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
