Definitely. ..A quiet place to get away great view, very clean.Definitely would highly recommend to anyone wanting a extremely clean place to stay.

It was a delightful surprise to learn that our hosts were symphony subscribers. Their hospitality made our musicians feel truly welcomed and at ease during their stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the farm decor throughout the house. There were 2 sweet kitties that came to say hi to us several times. We enjoyed them, and the donkeys next door. The back porch was a great, and we even got to see a deer on the hill one morning.

Michael and Alicia were amazing host; great communication level and respectful. Very flexible to work with and the place was very impressive. If I would go for any event again in the same area; Michael’s place would be the first on my list.

Mamie’s place worked out very well for our extended family to celebrate the Christmas Season! Her place made us feel right at home!

The house was awesome, very pretty neighborhood, felt like home, comfy beds with amazing pillows, so many extra blankets. All of us felt right at home. Whitney also super friendly and helpful! Great experience. Highly recommend.

Second time staying at this location. Used for staff during an out of town work event. Left an item behind and they found it, and mailed it back to me! Will stay again should my staff be in need again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for a couple. We liked the charm of this older place that had fun spaces with sloped ceilings, a step down to the bedroom and a bay window. Angela and Bede made the closet into the kitchenette - cute. The bed, usually a dreadful experience for me - was very comfortable. I recommend this place and thank Angela and Bede for being super hosts.

Great location, walking distance to downtown. Nice and clean. Casey was a great host, communication was fast and easy. Would highly recommend his place.

We stayed in Summer's place for a girl's weekend and it was perfect. Very quiet and just blocks from all of downtown Marshall. Also such a cute space. Very clean and comfortable.

This is without a doubt the best condo in Marshall. Perfect location right in the heart of town and close to everything . Private and secure. It literally has everything nothing has been spared. Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen. Awesome view of Michigan Avenue. Two large flat screen TV’s for relaxing with a movie after a day of antique shopping. Jamie is wonderful so responsive to any questions or requests. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Patrice’s place. It was the perfect location for catching a show at the Franke Center. Patrice was welcoming and kind and she left many thoughtful touches to enhance our visit. We adored the warm and eclectic decor around the apartment. We highly recommend this rental for a comfortable stay in Marshall!

The space was spot on in terms of what we were seeking in location and style. The unit was exactly like the photos and a great space filled with character and cool finishes such as beautiful original hardwood floors, spacious rooms, and modern furnishings. Very quiet at night and great location in proximity to coffee shops, restaurants and things to do. We would recommend it and stay here again without question. Appreciate Brian's helpful instructions and outreach throughout the process.

This unit was even better than the pictures! We were absolutely in love with this place. The tall windows beautifully lit the unit. The furnishings were top-notch. We enjoyed the large amount of blankets available as we enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couch inside and also out on the back patio. Great find in downtown Marshall!

I loved what I saw online before booking, but the place was actually even better than what was shown. I would highly recommend this place and would be glad to book again if I'm in the area.

The SteadII Properties is the PERFECT Getaway! Clean, modern, aesthetically pleasing! Two bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living room space. And the bed, super comfy. The show was Amazing and perfect for two! Had a quick question about the tv- in less than 5 minutes, we were good to go. The location is super close to downtown, allowing access to amazing restaurants. Yet a nice location, easy to order and have delivered. The check-in policy was super easy. And extremely secure. We felt safe and sound, like home. My Husband and I had a wonderful time cultivating our marriage- quality time like we were far away from home. Yet close - with an at-home feel. Looking forward to our next stay! Definitely a Gem!

Kristen was a responsive and gracious host. The studio apartment was well laid out for having both together time for collaboration and separate spaces when we needed to work.

I traveled to Michigan with my sister for a family reunion, so I wanted a place with two separate bedrooms. Boz's place was a great choice. It is one unit in a community of four-unit apartment buildings. It was probably built in the 1970s, but it has been fixed up well. Everything was squeaky clean. I walked around in new white socks and had no worries about getting them dirty. Boz included some nice details, including fluffy towels and a big new bar of soap. The shower is mounted up high, which I appreciate because I'm tall. The unit has its own 40-gallon water heater. There was a bowl with packaged snacks like granola bars, which was helpful in the morning to hold me over before I left for breakfast. The location is three minutes (by car) from an Aldi grocery store, but I never used it on this trip. I ate breakfast every day at Roxie's which is a great place that's only about four minutes away. I will be happy to stay here again next time I visit Kalamazoo.
