Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Callian

We have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay in Raphaël's apartment. It was very spacious and well presented. The patio had breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to the sea. The property was in a very peaceful rural setting but still within a short walk from the nearest bus stops into Nice. Raphaël was a charming host who was very attentive. His communication throughout was very good. We would definitely like to return. Many thanks from the Rawles family.

This is a hidden gem in Cannes. I have stayed here twice now as it’s the perfect size and location for me when I attend a conference at the Palais. It is walkable to everything and is so safe and cozy. Silvia goes above and beyond as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Accommodation identical to the photos, ideal quiet location while being close to the tram and about twenty minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais. It is still difficult to park but a paid parking " Jeanne d 'Arc" is a 5-minute walk away and very secure. The space could be a bit warmer with a more modern decor. Our stay went very well. We will be sure to return for a future stay in Nice.

Clara and Sylvain gave clear instructions regarding the self check-in. It took us a couple tries but we sorted it out smoothly. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and came with everything we needed, including washing machine, fans and aircon which came in handy in the warm afternoons. The apartment is in walking distance to the tram, train station and has a supermarket just 5 meters from the building. Would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a place to stay in Nice!

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

I’ve stayed at a lot of places and this is at the top of the list. Like new inside and very comfortable. Large patio to take in the sun. Nadine was the perfect host and met us upon arrival.

First, thank you to Paula for her responsiveness and hospitality! A beautiful village house, old, full of charm when you love the old stone... an incredible village like its inhabitants and its shops! such a small village with so many shops: a restaurant bar, a bakery, a grocery store, a potter, a binder ... and enough to make beautiful hikes and especially the Gorges du Verdon accessible quickly by car! For us, a wonderful stay!

Great cozy house in a lovely, peaceful setting. Looking out over the vineyard from the patio is a real treat. We had a wonderful stay here, and so did our 2 dogs. Only wish we had stayed longer, but we’ll be back:) The house is a 5+min drive to Cotignac, easily one of the best small town in the entire area. So much to discover in the near surroundings too. The host was lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Great stay with friends with 3/4 year olds House well suited for them with the secure garden. Beach at 1 min walk. Coastal path next door. Sandy beach 5 min drive 15 min walk ( 20 min with children ). Great super nice playground 5 min walk from the house. The house was very clean. Just provide the basics (salt, oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel, etc.) Everything was great, we loved our stay 👍☺️

Thank you to Christiane and René for their very warm welcome and availability. I had a great stay in the well appointed studio, unfortunately the weather was not there to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll be back sometime!

Picture perfect and simply magic! The accommodation was warm, comfortable, and the balcony was ideal for enjoying the morning sun. The host was kind, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. A lovely family who even offered us a lift to a must-see destination—such a thoughtful and memorable touch.

Good communication before and during the stay. Laura is very nice. The accommodation is in a quiet place with a beautiful garden. The garden is fenced which is extra for our dogs. We appreciated Laura's kind attention, her very good apple juice in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for everything.

Our family of 5 loved Laurence’s home. A great location close to the local beach and a ferry ride away from St Tropez. The home has everything needed and is very homely. The pool is wonderful as are the views from the house over the pool. Great home!!

The residence is quiet and secure, close to major traffic routes. Very nice welcome and availability of the host. All our thanks for a pleasant stay.

The accommodation is very well located, we were by public transport, and everything is easily accessible. We are delighted with our stay, the co-host Valerie who welcomed us was very friendly and accommodating, thank you again! Beautiful place in a perfect location, 10 minutes from the sea, 15 20 minutes walk from the center of Antibes. Beautiful outdoor space, especially if you have a dog with the option to rinse the dog and dry out after bathing in the sea. Small kitchen but has everything you need. The only point to mention the apartment is suitable for 2 adults only ( we were 2 adults +daughter 16 years old and I do not recommend it if you are more than a maximum of 2 nights) on the other hand the space outside when it is nice and very spacious for both eating and sunbathing . Very nice and clean appointment, very appreciated the small bottles of shampoo and soap upon arrival in the bathroom.

Very clean and well-located apartment, very secure in a very friendly city with courteous people, happy to live; lots of entertainment, very family-friendly, with children. It's perfect. A Carrefour Market that offers plenty of things and other shops, accessible from the beach. Beautiful shops for all tastes, varied prices, nautical activity, accessible with people always smiling, free shows for some; superb fireworks on August 15. I recommend this very quiet city with people you can talk to very easily, France as I like it.

I booked this trip for my mother’s birthday. The apartment was very clean, really spacious and the host went the extra mile by even putting up birthday balloons before we arrived! Very highly recommend we had a lovely time and would definitely return! Thank you
