St Caprais de Bordeaux is a village that has all the amenities (Carrefour, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office).

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.

It is located in a residential environment in the town of Bouliac, a village on the hillsides just 10 minutes from the historic center of Bordeaux, 5 minutes from the new Arena concert hall, 30 minutes from St Emilion, and 1 hour from the ocean beaches, the Arcachon Bay and Cap Ferret.
