Holiday rentals with a patio in Camp de Túria

Lucie offered us a wonderful home for an extended weekend. She well-provided us with a very helpful instruction booklet with lots of fantastic tipps, we really appreciated and followed some of then :) The home is in a perfect central location and very clean (although there were some dead ants in the corner), only the water pressure of the shower was a bit low, otherwise nothing to complain and 100% recommended to everyone!

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

A very comfortable apartment and convenient for the tram station and supermarket. Everything went smoothly and Rebeca was always helpful and friendly.

A brilliant stay, the flat was very clean and the terrace was brilliant for morning and early afternoon sun. The kitchen had everything you need for evening meals. Abel was very helpful on check in and check out. Look forward to staying again!

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

Vanessa has been very kind and answers any questions very quickly and clearly. The house is as described, ideal for up to 4 people. The bathroom and kitchen are fully functional and the beds / sofa bed are comfortable. The terrace has great views and you can see the sea without having buildings that cover it. The area is quiet (we went in Easter) less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. And there is also an area of restaurants, coffee shops, wide promenade, children's area, port, etc. That is, you can be distracted if you are going with children. The beach is made of sand, no stones. In short, a very good option to spend a few days on the beach, but 20 minutes from Valencia to see the city of the arts, the town hall area and very close to small Venice.

A spectacular place, magical setting. The house is great with everything we need. We had a great time. Totally recommended.

Our experience at Cristian and Minerva's house has been very good. We felt right at home, very comfortable... The house was very clean and cared for, fully equipped, a 10 of 10. Very good location, close to all kinds of services and amenities, accessible beach walking, close to the Albufera and Valencia city... Cristian and Minerva were very friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility when entering and leaving. A place to remember very positively, for everything... Looking forward to repeating again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

We had a wonderful stay in the oceanfront apartment in Puçol. As a family, we enjoyed a very special week in Valencia, full of tranquility and unforgettable moments. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just a few steps away and a very cozy atmosphere. The apartment is tastefully renovated, very clean and with everything you need to feel at home. Communication was excellent from the first moment. Would definitely go back enchanted!

Both amparo and Paula (co-host) were super responsive and friendly. They are wonderful hosts and super content with the house. It is in a very quiet area and right on the beach, of course it is a stay that we would repeat in a time that can be enjoyed 100% of the location right on the beach and the pool of the house. It's exactly what you see in the photos as well as being a cozy home. An experience of 10 ☺️

Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

Fantastic place! 5 minutes walk from the airport, whilst being well connected to Valencia center (metro station 1 min walk) with metros every few minutes and only taking around 15-20 min to get the center. (Tickets are also very cheap and can be bought at the station) Lidl is also 1 min away, with a few more local restaurants etc. We chose to stay here for the location (close to airport) but we loved it for how clean (and i mean spotless) the place was, how responsive the host is, how easy it was to get to and from Valencia center and how quiet the area was. Would not chose to stay anywhere else if we return, this was our first time in Spain and this place made it lovely (even through the big Spain blackout on the 28th of April. We could easily walk to the airport and check status etc.) Lovely experience, highly recommended, don't take just my word for it, look at the other reviews!

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

An excellent experience! The apartment exceeded our expectations: clean, cozy and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. The host, Marius, was very attentive and made it easier for us to do everything we needed. We would definitely repeat. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Sali’s place, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our group of six found the apartment was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable and very clean. The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The common area was lovely for gathering, and the fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sali was a very responsive host and answered any queries we had very promptly. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our group, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!

Our stay at Francis' place was perfect. From the first moment, communication was easy and fluid, and he welcomed us with great kindness. The house was impeccable, well-equipped and very cozy, ideal for a comfortable and pleasant stay. In addition, he had the nice touch of leaving us some delicious oranges and breakfast, which made us feel even more welcome. The care is noticeable in every detail, which made us feel at home. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%
