Joyful, pop-colored 70s apartment, newly renovated, within walking distance of the sea and the center of San Vincenzo (also accessible by train). Ground floor, direct access to the garden. Ideal for smart working. Pets are welcome (12 euros). The garden (which many years ago Decano created with patient care) is large and intimate, suitable for lunches and dinners amidst greenery. Functional, modern and well equiped, the apartment's soundtracks are Donna Summer, Abba and the Ricchi e Poveri.

Many attractions in the area: medieval villages (Campiglia, Suvereto, Populonia), amusement parks, the Calidario spa, the Cecina water park. The house is a semi-detached house and, with its large private garden, it is an oasis of relaxation, you can eat outside. The interior spaces are large and bright. The stay will be a calm break.

Two-room apartment on the upper floor, accessible via independent stairs in the back of the agriturismo. Composed of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a double bedroom. From a symbolic point of view, it also represents the lightness of the soul, the ability to face life with optimism.

The property is highly standard furnished and has an independent terrace for dining. Through small stairs it reaches a big stone-wall surrounded garden with brick BBQ, which is in common with another apartment of the same owner. They can be rented separately or together. Free public parking at 2' min walking from the house.

My home is nestled in the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, in the heart of Chianti. All around, beautiful views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The garden is a special space, perfect for enjoying time outdoors. For those who wish, it is possible—upon request—to share moments of cooking and conviviality, such as carefully prepared dinners to be enjoyed together, even by candlelight, in an intimate and welcoming setting.

Casa Cotone

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Our house, fresh from a renovation in 2024, combines the charm of history with modern comfort in 90 m2 all on one level. Every detail has been designed to give you a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where tradition meets well-being: exposed wooden beams, ancient decorations patiently brought to light by me... and the principles of Feng Shui guide the design, colors and arrangement of the furnishings and rooms.

In the middle of the Maremma on a small hill with panoramic views, you will find this accommodation consisting of a kitchen-living room with kitchenette with fridge, TV, fireplace and dining table, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a spacious bedroom with double bed.
