Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Livorno

We are a couple with a cat, they were very well, a welcoming environment (even the Host) many books (taken for future readings and then candles... we are lovers of😉😉👍 it) comfortable both for walking, and with a car, a quiet and quiet area a few steps from the city center (Livorno is really very nice and the Livornians... also! the cadence/accent makes any conversation pleasant) neighborhood and shopping shops really close by. In short, a beautiful end of year, so much! THANK YOU

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Very friendly, accommodating, helpful hosts. Give good tips. Can always be reached. Respond quickly to questions. The apartment is described: clean, has everything. The refrigerator is filled, fruits are already available. Everything is not self-evident. The location is not great, but a lot can be done from the apartment with your own car. Highly recommend this home to families with children! Our kids loved the pole, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. A quiet and nice place that we would love to visit again. The breakfast buffet was incredibly luxurious and fresh, with lots of different options. Nice apartments with comfortable beds. We had a cozy private patio.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is perfect, very central and comfortable to explore the whole island, but at the same time incredibly quiet. The apartment has everything you need. Also, it was extremely clean, something we really appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend time in total serenity in an ideal location.

We spent beautiful days on Elba as a family. The children could play in the garden, the beautiful sandy beach was within walking distance. We were alone in the cottage, it was quiet and has everything you need. I particularly highlight the very good communication before and during the stay with the owners and Ivana. Ivana lives in Elba and takes care of everything on site. She is adorable and always very friendly and helpful! Thank you again!

A really roomy and elegant property with an amazing view. We visited as an extended family for Christmas, and had all the space and amenities we needed. The property is well decorated and had everything we needed for our Christmas break. Morrona is a charming and peaceful village, and the neighbouring village Terriciola was within a short walk. Also: Andrea is a really friendly and helpful host who helped make the most of our stay. Highly recommended!

The stay was short, but the welcome to us and our 4-legged friends made us feel super pampered. The (huge) house is super clean and well-kept, a fantastic and beautiful garden all fenced perfect for letting dogs roam. For our local appointments we will definitely be back!

If you want to spend a few quiet days, it is recommended. Sea beach very touristy as well as Restorant. But it has plenty of other options. Beautiful clean apartment. There is everything you need.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment fits very well for 2 people, the kitchen is super furnished with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets for the cooler autumn time available! Very nice terrace covered with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace on the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quiet, a little off the beaten path, surrounded by vines and olive trees. That's why it's not easy to find. The last piece of path leads partly through a forest on unpaved road.

A truly magnificent apartment in the quiet Tuscan countryside. The apartment itself is nice, cosy and clean in typical Tuscan style. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean with a good shower and the bedroom has a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for clothes. Outside there is plenty of space to sit, relax and enjoy the wonderful views over the Tuscan hills. It was a good start to each day to sit outside in the morning and enjoy my coffee. The swimming pool is great and when the weather was good it was the perfect place to spend the day. Andrea and his family are very friendly and made me feel instantly welcome whilst respecting your privacy. I was also given tips on some great places to visit. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay and I certainly hope to return!

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. It was very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Everything we needed was provided. The location is very good. Both supermarkets are very close. The village center is only about 500 m away and the beach 1 km away. Francesca is a wonderful host, she is very friendly. We were also able to check in earlier. We can really recommend this property and would love to come back again.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Andrea and Marta's place for two weeks and spent our first vacation together as a family with them. We felt immediately comfortable and we lacked nothing: easy communication with quick accessibility of the two, tips for the area, personal welcome gift, clean apartment and full equipment, fantastic location with great pool and nature all around. In short: we quickly felt very comfortable and at home (despite moderate weather). The animals on the property are super friendly and child-friendly. All beaches can be reached 15 minutes by car. Restaurants can be discovered in the small towns all around. Larger day trips (island of Elba, Pisa, Lucca, Castiglione della Pescaia,...) can also be made very easy from the property. Overall: a great, memorable vacation. We would come back anytime!

Our stay at Chiccas appartement was wonderful. The rooms were clean and gave us enough space. The giant garden is an amazing place to relax in the nature and enjoy the day without going anywhere. Chicca and Arno are very nice hosts who showed us where to eat and what are the best places to go the sea. Two thumbs up! 👍👍
