Unusual, atypical cottage, surrounded by nature!

The vault is a charming cottage, very atypical. This former sheepfold completely renovated and tastefully decorated, is arranged on the ground floor of our dwelling with an independent entrance. Outside, there is a lovely furnished terrace and a PRIVATE POOL (available from 18 May to 27 September 2026) where you can relax. You will appreciate in this former 17TH century farmhouse, in the middle of the forest, the hidden of this cottage, its history as well as the tranquility of the surrounding countryside.

L'Hermitage en Occitanie, a farm in Penne

In the Aveyron gorges, in the heart of the southwest countryside, nestles an old renovated barn. You are independent, in a fully equipped house overlooking the castle, the medieval village of Penne and the Aveyron River. In terms of activities, there is something for everyone: cultural visits (Toulouse, Albi classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO), sports activities (canoeing, hiking and mountain biking, climbing, swimming, etc.), participation in local festivities, and simply relaxation!

The barn, located between Le Boulou and Argelès, at the foot of the Albera, has kept its stones and its old charm. It is located near the sandy beach and the rocky coast towards Collioure, near Spain, ideal for discovering the region. This accommodation, in a barn adjoining ours, is not intended to host parties and gatherings. It is designed in a family home spirit, perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends, 4 people maximum.

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house.
