The house has been refurbished for more comfort, it is located at the foot of the quiet Black Mountain, 2 km from the center of Labruguière, 15 minutes from Mazamet and its footbridge, 1 hour from Carcassonne, 1 hour from Toulouse, 1 hour 30 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from Castres, 40 minutes from Albi. Many hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible near the accommodation. Swimming pool on the property. Swimming in the lakes, farmers' market in summer in Castres, Mazamet. I will be delighted to inform you about your outings.

Come and recharge your batteries in all seasons in this charming little cottage located away from a private hamlet in South Aveyron, between Albi and Millau (2 hours from Toulouse/Montpellier). The wellness area with bubble bath and wooden barrel sauna, solarium lounge, massage room ("wellness" massages on request) is private by reservation. The room includes a sitting area with TV, 140 cm bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack. (SHEETS not provided) possibility of renting sheets 10 euros. Cleaning 20 euros. Beautiful 2-bedroom, completely refurbished Close to the center of the Formiguères mountain resort, shops and restaurants. Very nice summer and winter. Premium amenities throughout the apartment. Can accommodate up to 6 people: 140 cm double bed in the 1st bedroom, 140 cm double bed on the mezzanine and a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. Unlimited Wi-Fi connection, storage rooms for skis and bikes.
