The entrance is independent and is through the garden.

In summer you will have direct access to the lake with play area and sports activities, farmers' markets, festive evenings within the campsite (July/August). The campsite pool and restaurant are open from 01/06 to 31/08. In autumn and spring, enjoy forest walks, mushrooms, fishing! You can also visit the historic towns of Albi, Castres, Mazamet. Villa without neigbours in a quiet area in "Parc naturel régional du Haut-Languedoc" on a plot of 5ha with a beautiful view on the black mountain and the valley. Beautiful walks are marked out in the wooded area and unique natural curiosities can be admired (such as Chaos de la Balme and Chapeau de Napoleon at 500m from our gite). Our gite with accompanying meadow and forest is in itself an ideal location to stay with the whole family.

It is one of three apartments in Gites-terroirs-Occitanie Sparkling white, named after the varietal that makes a delicious, sparkling white wine in our region. A very spacious and comfortable apartment (85 sqm) for one to 4 people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Mauzac has two separate bedrooms. We accept pets for a small fee.
