this mini loft was completely redone in a former keychain and pine factory. It is located at the back of the quiet courtyard and enjoys a beautiful light all day thanks to its canopy. I'll be there to help guide you throughout your stay. In case of absence my sister and co-host is available to help you. Located close to Canal Saint-Martin, Place de la République and Le Marais, the neighborhood is full of restaurants, hipster shops and nightlife, all close to metro lines that will allow you to explore the city. 3 minute walk to the Republique metro station and its many lines serving Paris.

My studio apartment is petite, cozy and charming. Spectacular location in the heart of Le Marais. Just a few steps away from the typical Parisian hustle and bustle. Due to the size, my apartment is best for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. I can’t make it any more clear how small this apartment is. So please do not book this if you value lots of space. The value is in the location. Easy self check-in (I allow early check in the day of arrival ok). Strict check out time. No luggage storage.

Ancient industrial building, converted into a charming loft, perfect for trips with family, friends or colleagues. Located on the Canal Saint-Martin, one of the most lively and trendy area of Paris center(design shops, bars, restaurants...), only 15min walk from Le Marais area, and with train and metro's stations offering direct access to all main sight seing of Paris. Still, the loft is extraordinarily safe and quiet as located inside a private condo's courtyard (hidden from the street).

Very high ceilings, lots of light and quiet. Separated by a semi-private courtyard (shared with one neighbor) from one of the main streets running the length of the Marais, steps away from the cafés, restaurants, shops and markets of the rue de Bretagne, the Carreaux de Temple and the public garden of the Square du Temple.

Industrial-style loft set in a former workshop. Enjoy its impressive high ceilings, exposed walls, concrete floor, and wooden elements that add a warm touch to the space. The area around the bed is limited. Access is difficult for people with reduced mobility and it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
