Beautiful bright contemporary apartment on the 6th floor (elevator to the 5th floor, a few steps, you are at home! ) between Bastille and the Canal Saint-Martin, and 5 minutes from the marais. 1 contemporary kitchen very well equipped, 1 bedroom with a double bed on courtyard (great calm!), 1 second room with a very good sofa bed. 1 bathroom, shower-WC 1 bathroom with bathtub. Vélib station in front of the building, 2 metro stations a few tens of meters away.

Hi. I rent out my studio during school holidays. It is next to the Place de la République and the canal, the neighborhood is super nice and you are close to everything, ideal for visiting Paris on foot or taking the metro to go further (4 direct lines) It was fully and beautifully renovated in 2024. You have everything you need at your disposal - oven, coffee makers, iron, etc. Bars, terraces and small restaurants around. Enjoy Paris!
