Exhibitions and museums are nearby, and the metro is just 2' away, as is the Canal and a large public garden where you can soak up the sun. That's Paris for you!

Charming apartment, very central, in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is 53 m2 including veranda, 2nd floor without elevator. 2 bedrooms separated from the living room by glass partitions (not visible on the picture, they were made recently) . It is suitable for 3 persons. One bed is 160cm wide, the 2nd is 120 cm wide and can possibly be suitable for 2 children or a couple. I live in this apartment, I have chosen each thing carefully, with the result that it feels really cosy.
