Comfortable 40 m² cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and washcloths, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, usable covered or uncovered with free access. In winter, the pool is not available. 3-star cottage.

La Barn des Marronniers

Old barn completely renovated. Large bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and lounge area on the ground floor. Located in the shade of two large lime trees. Peace and serenity guaranteed. The pool is heated by a solar panel, which allows us to have a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in high season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season (early May and late September to early October).

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
