Also close to the faculties and 700 m from the center of Pessac (cinema, market, restaurants, shops). The entrance is completely independent and you can arrive at any time thanks to a key box. Christelle and I (your hosts) have designed a room that will remind you the ocean situated at 50 minutes from our place. Here, we do all we can to make you feel relax and at home. We offer this 21 m2 studio adjoining our house; it consists of an entrance, a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. It is possible to enjoy a shared terrace, weather permitting. It is ideally located close to the many wine chateaux and 5km from the TRAM to Bordeaux. 800m from the village and a U Express store. We provide a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave oven and hotplates.
